Terms and Conditions for Teeth Whitening Birmingham Training Academy
Welcome to TWB. By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment and Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the training program. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the course.

Payments can be made via our website, payment link or cash.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before 5 Days: If you cancel your enrollment more than 5 days before the start of the training program, your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Within 5 Days: If you cancel within 5 days of the start of the training program, the full amount of the training fee will be forfeited.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the training without prior cancellation will result in the full amount being charged with no refund.
3. Lateness Policy

Punctuality is essential for the smooth running of our courses. If you arrive late to a session, your course may be cancelled without a refund being given.
4. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the course start date and are subject to availability.

A rescheduling fee of £200 may apply.
5. Training Program Changes

TWB reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule or content. In the event of a significant change, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative dates.
6. Equipment Availability

On rare occasions, we may not have all equipment in stock. We will endeavor to get these items sent to you as soon as we can. We cannot provide refunds for this. Stock will be sent out to you at our earliest convenience.
7. Post-Training Liability

Once training is provided, TWB is not liable for any clients you treat thereafter. You will be working under your own brand and not under the name or liability of TWB], including "Teeth Whitening Birmingham."

We are not liable for your actions after the training course is complete. We are also not liable for any legal matters that occur once training is complete.
8. Kit Purchase Policy

If you purchase a kit with your training, once you leave our training premises with the kit, it is non-returnable.

The LED light included in the kit comes with a manufacturer's 1-year warranty. This warranty does not cover accidental damage.
9. Insurance Responsibility

We will provide you with a recommended insurance provider during your training. It is your responsibility to ensure you obtain appropriate insurance. We are not liable if you do not get insurance.
10. Waiver of Recourse

By completing the training, you waive your right to seek recourse in any matters related to the training or services provided by TWB.
11. Liability

TWB is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the training sessions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit to participate in the training.
12. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards trainers and fellow participants. Any form of disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
13. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which complies with UK Data Protection laws.
14. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

At TWB, all of our products are kept in a sterile environment at the ideal temperature for the specific product. Please ensure all of your products are ordered correctly, we are only able to make changes to the parcels before they are shipped out, we are not able to accept any product back after it has left our facility for sanitation. All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving TWB warehouse. Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and goods must be examined upon receipt and noted on the bill of landing.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons for whitening gels, barriers, cheeks retractors, Mirco brushes, LED lights, Home kits, or any other products that are hygiene sensitive.
This does not affect statutory rights.
